Indiana
Talent
Network

A “network of networks” connecting statewide stakeholders and regional collaborations.

The Indiana Talent Network is a “network of networks” connecting statewide stakeholders and regional collaborations to support equitable talent policies and strategies. Participants network, learn from each other, share best practices and represent their stakeholders within a statewide context.

Each network focuses on talent in Indiana:

TALENT ATTRACTION Leveraging the power of place to grow the population of the community and region.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT Building a home-grown learning system to cultivate talent and increase educational attainment.

TALENT CONNECTION Coordinating talent with equitable economic opportunities to raise household income and earnings.

How can we co-create a beautiful system of engaged regional and statewide partners that produces learning that activates a continuous supply of talent in communities across Indiana?

ITN serves as a backbone organization that convenes and facilitates cross-sector partners through a statewide network of networks focused on Indiana’s talent pipeline.

Meeting quarterly, ITN connects stakeholders (educators, employers, community organizations, students, local and state government) with appropriate resources regarding talent attraction and retention, development, and connection/engagement strategies. ITN partners with state and local government in support of talent policies and strategies.

ITN’s Learning Network Support Team

A small Learning Network Support Team consisting of regional and statewide partners has stepped forward to help design learning network agendas based on key topics from the three talent areas; facilitate learning network time within the quarterly meetings; identify best practices including strategies, tools and support needed; encourage broader support of ITN; serve as an outside voice and advocate and to help in the continuous improvement of the 21st Century Talent Regions.
